Jeremiah, we all get distracted by excuses. I do too, every once in a while. But, once we see the benefits (and their results) the excuses become less important.
When you start working out this time, do it continuously for at least a month. (Even if you feel shy, cold, unprepared or unmotivated) Just do it for a month. I promise that you’ll get addicted to working out!
