How Naruto changed my life?

Naruto is one of the most popular Anime (animated adaptations of Japanese comics) series in the world. It is about the journey of an orphan boy (Naruto) who has a demon fox sealed inside him.

I believe that Naruto is a must watch for it’s action, story and values. Here are a few things that I picked up from Naruto and how they changed my perspective of life —

Befriend your inner demons

Naruto had a ruthless demon fox sealed inside him. Instead of following the popular wisdom, he chose to befriend it and work with it to save other people. Like Naruto, I too have a demon sealed inside me, the demon of anime addiction. Instead of hating my addiction or curbing it, I will use it to my advantage and propagate the lessons I learnt from anime to the rest of the world.

What is your inner demon?

Hard work can beat talent

Naruto is never shown to be the most talented Ninja, instead he is the most hard working one. Naruto constantly wins fights against stronger, more talented opponents just by the virtue of his hard work. I am immensely interested in writing, yet I don’t seem to have any talent for it. I will work as hard as I can to be a Top writer!

Your talent can’t beat my hard work!

Empathy

Naruto is shown to empathize with even his enemies. As a result of this trait, Naruto is the first person that most people turn to in the face of a problem. We too live in a society full of different people. Each one among them has a different set of views. I try my best to empathize with people. As ironic as it may seem, the more I empathize with someone else, the more I learn about myself!

Empathy makes you more human.

Naruto continues to inspire me and I hope that this post inspired you to watch at least one episode of Naruto. Even if it didn’t, I hope this post left you with the valuable lessons of —

  • Befriending your demons
  • Working hard
  • Empathy

Thanks for reading! If you liked this post clap 100,000 times. If you didn’t respond and tell me how I can improve. If you did neither connect with me —
